Shameless Plug

The Real
So, Ash got me to check out this thing called Dropbox. It's a folder sync/upload thing... they give you 2GB of space for free! (you can earn even more space, up to 8GB, via referrals and stuff).
One of the best things about this system is that it syncs folders on multiple computers at the same time, in realtime. It also lets you create shared sync folders with other Dropbox users! Collaboration on projects is absurdly easy using this system. Oh, and there's clients for iPhone/Android too!
All in all, this thing is crazy impressive. It's rock solid. It also has undelete and other features. Go check it out!

What would Freud say?
So, the other night I had a strange dream...
My father, wife, and myself go to Taco Bell for some reason or another to have dinner. They are having one of those promotions involving scratch-off cards. These cards are folded in half, so you have to open them to get to the scratch-off area.
My father, who needs glasses to read, asks me to see what his says, as he had apparently forgotten his glasses again. This is not an unusual thing, either. So, I look down, expecting it to say he won a free soft taco... and see it says "$50,000/yr for Life (or 134 Years)". I found the specificness of 134 years to be particularly odd. Suddenly, my wife starts giggling in excitement. I look at her and she's holding her own scratch-off ticket. She says that it's a winner for $200,000! I tell her that we need to not spend it on frivolous things and save it to pay off her student loans when she graduates from Pharmacy School.
I then realize I also have a scratch-off ticket... I open it and find that it was already scratched-off.
"Not a Winner".
Then I realize it has 2 hot sauce packets stapled to the inside as well.
"Figures.", I say. I then wake up.

Subnova
Greetings my loyal readers... all 12 of you.
In case you didn't see the earlier post about my ship... I've been playing Star Trek Online a lot lately... and today, I can send you a special magical email with a code that lets you try it out for free!
People who get these codes will get special bonuses so they can progress faster, and I'll be able to help you get loot and level up faster as well. If you end up buying a copy of the game and a subscription, you'll be added to the Subnova fleet.
STO is a fun game with enormous potential. I believe in this game so much that I have a Lifetime subscription.
If you would like in on this, send me an email and put "STO Trial" in the subject. I'll issue you your very own trial key which automatically makes your STO account friends with mine so I can help you try out the game and level up!
